Every paid report comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — one click, full refund, no questions. The refund button is at the bottom of your report page; replying to your receipt email works too. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reach your statement within 5–10 business days.

What happens after a refund

Report access ends immediately. Your free result and its share link stay yours forever.

Limits

One guarantee refund per customer — repeat requests go through support so we can help directly. This guarantee replaces the EU 14-day withdrawal right, which is waived at checkout when you consent to instant delivery (you'll always have at least 30 days with us, which is longer than the statutory 14).
