Client Agreement

This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance by the Client (“Client”) and Personality Strategy, LLC (“Consultant”). By engaging in the services outlined below, both parties agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
The Consultant agrees to provide personality profiling and consulting services as selected by the Client. Services may include:
• Personality Typing: Utilizing cognitive methodology, behavioral analysis, and reflective questioning based on past experiences to determine the Client's personality type.
• Tailored Self-Development Strategies: Providing personalized strategies based on the Client’s unique personality type.
• Package-Specific Services: Offering additional services as outlined in purchased packages.
All video call services will be conducted via Zoom or another agreed-upon virtual platform.
2. Session Details
• Scheduling: Sessions will be scheduled in advance, with the Client responsible for ensuring availability at the agreed-upon time. For package purchases, not all sessions will be scheduled at the time of purchase, allowing flexibility for the Client to book as needed.
• Duration and Format: Session durations and formats will vary based on the purchased package.
• Session Recordings: Recordings of sessions will be securely stored for review by the Consultant and will only be shared with others upon written consent from the Client.
3. Payment Terms
• Payment Schedule: Full payment for services is required before the first session begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the rare case that the Consultant is indefinitely unable to provide the service. In such instances, a refund may be issued for any non-completed services only, at the sole discretion of the Consultant.
Missed or canceled sessions from a package will be forfeited in accordance with Section 4. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a package unless the Consultant is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your payment platform. Additional payment methods may vary based on your location.
• Saved Payment Information: By submitting payment, the Client agrees to have their payment information securely stored for potential future charges, such as rescheduling fees or no-show penalties, in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
• Client Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least more than 1 hour notice without incurring additional fees.
• Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled within 1 hour in advance to less than 10 minutes past the appointment time, a $30 rescheduling fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged.
• No-Shows: Sessions missed more than 10 minutes past the scheduled start time without prior notice will be forfeited and not rescheduled unless the Client rebooks the session missed at full price. If the Client had purchased this session as part of a package price the following amounts per scheduled session length are applied as shown here:
- Sessions Over 45 Minutes: $100 will apply.
- Sessions At or Under 45 Minutes: $50 will apply.
Any upcoming sessions as part of the package will not be affected, unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
• Special Circumstances: The Consultant may waive any Section 4 penalties in cases of health or safety (or similar) emergencies at the Consultant’s discretion. Prompt communication is encouraged in such situations.
• Consultant Rescheduling: The Consultant will provide reasonable notice for schedule changes and offer alternative arrangements.
5. Confidentiality
• Information Security: All information shared during sessions will remain confidential and be used solely for providing services and internal educational purposes.
• Session Recordings: Recordings and materials will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s explicit written consent.
• Professional Boundaries: Both parties agree to uphold privacy and professionalism throughout their engagement.
6. Client Responsibilities
• The Client agrees to participate actively and provide accurate information during the sessions.
• The Client acknowledges that the Consultant’s services are educational and advisory, not psychological therapy or medical treatment of any kind.
7. Disclaimer
The Consultant does not guarantee specific results from the services provided. The Client is responsible for applying the insights and strategies to their personal or professional development.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In cases of termination:
• Completed sessions will not be refunded.
• Outstanding sessions may be refunded at the Consultant’s discretion within the terms of this agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Consultant, including reports, session notes, and resources, remain the Consultant’s intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for personal purposes only and agree not to distribute or reproduce them without explicit permission.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By checking an acknowledgment box at scheduling, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
